Cookie Policy
Last updated · 1 May 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Dubsof Limited (“Dubsof”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company incorporated in Ireland with registered number 787713 and having its registered office at 55 Merrion Square South, Dublin 2, Dublin D02 YD65, Ireland, uses cookies and similar technologies on dubsof.com, atrium.dubsof.com, and any other website, product, or service operated by Dubsof that links to this policy (together, the “Sites”). It should be read together with the Dubsof Privacy Notice and the Dubsof Master Terms of Service.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, and software development kits. In this policy, references to “cookies” include these comparable technologies where the context permits.
Cookies may be set by Dubsof (first-party cookies) or by a third party whose service is loaded on the Sites (third-party cookies). They may persist only for the duration of a single browsing session (session cookies) or for a defined period (persistent cookies).
2. Our Approach
Dubsof uses a deliberately minimal set of cookies. We do not use cookies for advertising, cross-site tracking, behavioural profiling, or sale of personal data. Where consent is required under Applicable Law, we will not set non-essential cookies until you have provided that consent through our cookie banner or an equivalent control.
3. Categories of Cookies We Use
The categories below describe the cookies and similar technologies that may be set when you use the Sites. Specific cookie names and durations may change as our infrastructure evolves; this table is updated to reflect material changes.
| Category | Purpose | Legal basis | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Authenticate users, maintain sessions, route requests, enforce security controls, remember consent choices, and provide core site functionality. | Legitimate interest in operating a secure service; exempt from consent under the ePrivacy Directive. | First-party, session and short-lived persistent |
| Preferences | Remember interface settings such as theme, viewport, or last-visited section so the experience is consistent between visits. | Consent where required; otherwise legitimate interest in providing a usable interface. | First-party, persistent |
| Analytics | Measure aggregate traffic, page performance, and feature usage to improve the Sites. Analytics data is processed in aggregate and is not used to build advertising profiles. | Consent. | First-party, persistent |
| Product telemetry (Atrium Playground) | Capture errors, latency, and stability signals from the Atrium Playground environment to diagnose issues and improve reliability. | Consent for non-essential telemetry; legitimate interest for security and integrity logging. | First-party, session and persistent |
We do not currently set advertising, retargeting, or social-media tracking cookies on the Sites.
4. Third-Party Services
Some pages may load resources from third parties that act as independent controllers under their own terms — for example, Stripe for billing pages or hosting providers used to deliver static assets. Where these services set cookies, they do so under their own privacy and cookie policies. A current list of sub-processors and independent third-party controllers is maintained in the Dubsof Sub-processor List.
5. Your Choices
5.1 Cookie banner
Where required, the first time you visit the Sites you will be presented with a cookie banner allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You may change your choice at any time by clearing site data or by using the cookie controls available within the Sites.
5.2 Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to view, manage, block, or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent core parts of the Sites from functioning correctly, including authentication and security controls.
5.3 Do Not Track
There is no consistent industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals. Because we do not engage in cross-site tracking or targeted advertising, our handling of cookies is the same regardless of whether such a signal is present.
6. Retention
Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a defined period or until you delete them. Where we set persistent cookies, we use the shortest duration appropriate for the purpose, and consent-based cookies are refreshed in line with applicable guidance.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the technologies we use, regulatory guidance, or our products. The “last updated” date above indicates when this policy was last revised. Material changes will be communicated through the Sites or by other appropriate means.
